Shipping Policy

At Shelf Legends, we take packaging and shipping seriously. Every Pop is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in the same condition it left our hands.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During high-demand periods such as new drop releases, processing may extend to 3 business days — we will notify you if this applies to your order.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Shelf Legends offers multiple shipping options at checkout including Standard and Priority shipping. Available shipping methods, estimated delivery timeframes, and applicable costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders — eligibility is displayed automatically at checkout. No code required.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Rural addresses may require additional transit time.

Packaging

All orders ship in appropriately sized boxes with protective padding. Funko Pops are individually wrapped and secured to prevent movement during transit. Shelf Legend and Top Shelf grade items receive additional protective packaging including box protectors where applicable. We do not ship in envelopes or poly mailers — ever.

Tracking

A tracking number is automatically emailed to you when your order ships. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website or through the link in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received a tracking number within 2 business days of your order, contact us at support@shelflegends.com.

Carrier Delays

Once a package leaves our facility and is in the carrier's possession, delivery timeframes are outside our control. Shelf Legends is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and any secure delivery locations on your property. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at support@shelflegends.com. We will file a carrier claim and work toward a resolution. Claims filed after 7 days of the marked delivery date cannot be guaranteed.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Shelf Legends is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@shelflegends.com — if the order has not yet shipped we can correct it at no charge. Address corrections after shipment may incur a rerouting fee charged by the carrier.

Signature Confirmation

Shelf Legend and Top Shelf grade orders over $150 automatically ship with signature confirmation required. This protects both the buyer and Shelf Legends in the event of a lost or stolen package claim. If you need to waive signature confirmation, contact us before your order ships — note that waiving signature confirmation transfers liability for lost or stolen packages to the buyer.

International Shipping

Shelf Legends currently ships within the United States only. International shipping will be available in a future update. Join our mailing list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
