Orders & Purchasing
Do I need an account to place an order? No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders and view order history but it is never required.
Can I purchase a specific serialized unit? Yes. Shelf Legend and Top Shelf grade listings show the exact unit available with its serial number. When you purchase one of these listings you receive that specific Pop — not a random unit from stock.
Can I request additional photos before purchasing? Absolutely. Email support@shelflegends.com with the listing you're interested in and we'll send additional photos within one business day.
Do you accept offers or negotiate on price? On standard grade listings we do not negotiate pricing. On high-value Shelf Legend and Top Shelf pieces, reach out to us directly at support@shelflegends.com and we're happy to discuss.
Condition & Grading
What do your condition grades mean? We use a seven-tier grading system — Shelf Legend, Top Shelf, New, Display Ready, Shelf Worn, Heavy Wear, and Box Rough. Visit our Condition Guide for a full description of each grade with examples.
Are your Pops professionally graded by PSA, BGS, or AFA? No — our condition grades are our own internal rating system based on personal inspection of each Pop. We do not sell PSA, BGS, or AFA graded Pops unless explicitly stated in the listing.
What is a serialized unit? Shelf Legend and Top Shelf grade Pops are assigned a unique serial number and individually photographed before listing. You purchase the exact unit shown — every photo in a serialized listing is of the actual Pop you will receive.
The condition description says minor wear — how minor is minor? Our New grade is equivalent to buying from a retail store shelf. Very light corner softening or the faintest shelf wear from normal retail handling. Nothing a collector would flag as a defect. If you are concerned about a specific listing contact us and we will give you an honest assessment.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take? Orders process within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping delivers in 3-5 business days. Priority shipping delivers in 2-3 business days. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
How are Pops packaged? Every Pop ships in an appropriately sized box with protective padding. We never ship in envelopes or poly mailers. Shelf Legend and Top Shelf grade pieces receive additional protective packaging including box protectors.
Do you ship internationally? Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming in a future update. Follow us at @shelf.legends to be notified when it becomes available.
My tracking hasn't updated in several days — what should I do? Contact us at support@shelflegends.com. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. Please allow 5 business days of no movement before reaching out as carrier scans can sometimes be delayed.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? Our return policy varies by condition grade. Shelf Legend, Top Shelf, Chase, signed, and Box Rough grades are final sale. New, Display Ready, Shelf Worn, and Heavy Wear grades are eligible for return within 14 days if the item does not match the described condition. Visit our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@shelflegends.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. Do not discard the packaging as it is required for carrier claims. We will work with you toward a resolution.
How long do refunds take? Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item and issued to the original payment method. Allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Shop Pay Installments is available on qualifying orders allowing you to split your purchase into payments.
Is Shop Pay Installments available? Yes — on qualifying orders you can split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments or monthly installments. The option appears automatically at checkout if your order qualifies.
