At Shelf Legends, every item is carefully inspected, photographed, and graded before listing. We stand behind our grading standards and want every collector to shop with complete confidence.
Shelf Legend & Top Shelf Grades — Final Sale
Items listed as Shelf Legend or Top Shelf grade are serialized, individually photographed, and sold as the exact unit shown. Because you are purchasing a specific, documented unit with full photographic disclosure, all Shelf Legend and Top Shelf sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted on these grades unless the item received does not match the unit shown in the listing photos.
New Grade — 14 Day Returns
Items listed as New grade are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if the item does not match the described condition. Item must be returned in the same condition it was received, in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.
Display Ready, Shelf Worn & Heavy Wear Grades — 14 Day Returns
Items listed under Display Ready, Shelf Worn, or Heavy Wear grades are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if the item materially does not match the described condition grade. Minor variations within the same grade level do not qualify for return — our grade descriptions are ranges, not exact specifications. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving the return.
Box Rough Grade — Final Sale
Items listed as Box Rough grade are sold as-is with full disclosure of box damage. These items are final sale. No returns or refunds are accepted on Box Rough grade items.
Chase, Exclusive Sticker & Signed Variants — Final Sale
All Chase variants, exclusive sticker variants, and signed Pops are final sale regardless of condition grade. These items are unique and their value is dependent on specific attributes that cannot be restored once the sale is complete.
Damaged in Shipping
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@shelflegends.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will file a carrier claim and work with you toward a resolution. Do not discard the original packaging — it is required for carrier claims.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive a different item than what you ordered, contact us within 7 days at support@shelflegends.com. We will cover return shipping and send the correct item or issue a full refund at your preference.
How to Start a Return
Email support@shelflegends.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions. Do not send items back without first receiving return authorization — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, return the original per the policy above and place a new order.
